Part 2: The Hidden Cause of Your Plantar Fasciitis
There’s no doubt:
Living with plantar fasciitis can be frustrating as hell.
That’s because:
Despite being an extremely common condition, the exact causes of plantar fasciitis are not understood very well.
And therefore you probably didn’t find a definite and clear solution (Yet…)
The problem is this:
When it comes to the diagnosis of plantar fasciitis, there’s a factor that often missed by modern physicians.
I like to call it: “The hidden cause of plantar fasciitis”
Now before I tell you the missing factor, let me tell you a quick story about how I found it:
When I first tried to find a solution to plantar fasciitis I was overwhelmed by the suggested treatments and recommendations:
First, I come across the common conventional medical solutions, which are:
- Steroids Injections ($300-$900 per 3 shots)
- Shock Wave Therapy ($500 to $1,500 per treatment)
- Surgery (Cost $10,000+)
And a few more like anti-inflammatory drugs, etc.
The big problem I had with these treatments it’s the risk and the costs, which are too high and not guarantee any permanent relief.
So I kept searching.
Then I stumbled upon the “natural” treatments and recommendations like:
- Supportive Shoes
- Home Remedies
- Night Splints
Which seemed to help people to get some relief.
But still:
IT WAS TEMPORARY, NOTHING PERMANENT.
After all those treatments and methods, I kept seeing countless desperate stories of people that tried it all and nothing helped.
And even if it helped, their heel pain kept coming back again and again.
So I kept searching…
…and searching
And then this day arrived:
As a “modern psychology” reader, I stumbled upon a few stories of how people cured severe medical conditions like cancer, by combining the power of their mind with their current treatment:

I even digged a little deeper and found a few books about it:

As they describe it:

By changing the patient’s bad mental habits along with their ongoing treatment they were able to heal their condition completely…
I was fascinated.
Because it was a sign that the cause of some of these conditions was rooted in the patient’s emotional and mental state.
And then a thought popped into my mind:
What if it’s the same case with Plantar Fasciitis?
If someone cured cancer by mixing his ongoing treatment along with a manipulation of his mental state, maybe it can work with heel pain too.
But I was skeptical.
That’s why, with guidance from experts, I started to examine if there’s a connection between the emotional and mental state of a person to his plantar fasciitis.
And when the results came, I was speechless:
There was a great coherence between some emotional and mental states to an actual heel pain!
Now, I’m going to show you HOW you can examine if maybe it’s your case too.
